Respond to service calls and coordinate with end-user IT and facilities teams. Label and document per TIA-606; update as-builts and cabling records. Identify and recommend repairs and upgrades; support time-and-materials quoting. Represent the company professionally in customer-occupied environments. Manage truck stock, tools, and test equipment. Strong customer-service orientation and professional communication. Valid driver's license and clean driving record; available for on-call as needed. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role. Preferred BICSI Installer 1, Installer 2 (Copper/Optical Fiber), or Technician certification. Fusion splicing experience.
