The Team Our team is working to define the "canonical stack" for AI workflows, by solving the toughest problems in AI today: how to experiment, evaluate, understand and improve models or applications at scale in a responsible way. The product team has deep technical and strategic backgrounds from leading AI/ML companies (Uber, Cruise, Spotify, Apple) and experience shipping market leading platforms at scale. Working with this team is an opportunity to develop further as a PM leader in a rapidly growing space by collaborating with some of the best in class AI Engineers and Data Scientists in the industry. What You'll Do You will be owning, strategizing, and developing a large portion of Arize AI's core product roadmap. From ideation to creation, you will be involved in all stages of the product life cycle. You will be engaging with our customers directly to gather meaningful insight and feedback in order to create a world class product. You will be working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders; including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive our product strategy into production. You will be responsible for communicating and integrating competitive analysis, usability research, and market analysis into product requirements. Utilize your understanding in AI/ML/CV or related technical space in order to contribute to Arize AI's main product offering. What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of relevant product management experience or previous AI/ML experience with strong product ownership in an AI-native company Previous engineering and/or tech lead experience Strong track record of building in a technical domain while shipping quickly and efficiently. Willingness to get your hands dirty with code! Experience and/or knowledge of working within machine learning, or data platforms and infrastructure. Experience working directly with customers and promoting community discussions in order to gather client feedback. Experience driving data-informed product strategy into production. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with client engineering teams, manage multiple concurrent projects, and drive technical solutions that extend beyond our core platform offering. This is a client-facing, hands-on technical role that combines deep AI expertise with business acumen to deliver results on tight timelines while building lasting client relationships. What You'll Do Partner directly with enterprise AI teams to design, implement, and scale production-grade GenAI observability and evaluation programs. Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior executives, translating business priorities into scalable technical solutions. Build custom integrations, tooling, and workflows that extend the Arize platform to meet customer-specific requirements. Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements, driving projects from scoping through delivery while maintaining a high bar for technical execution and customer experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams to shape implementation strategy, influence product direction, and expand customer impact. What We're Looking For Software Development: 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience with strong technical foundations. We work extensively in Python, Java, and TypeScript, and expect candidates to be comfortable working in at least two of those languages. ML/AI Engineering: Experience building MLOps pipelines and/or developing, deploying, and iterating on Generative AI applications in production environments Cloud Technologies : Experience working with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) as well as containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes). The Team Our Fullstack Engineering team builds both the highly scalable distributed services that power Arize's ML observability platform and the intuitive frontend applications that bring these capabilities to life. The team primarily works in TypeScript and Python to create seamless data visualization and monitoring experiences, with some services written in Go. We focus on delivering robust features that help clients interpret, visualize, and monitor their AI and ML models across the entire stack. You will be a part of the core team that drives product innovation at Arize. You will be challenged with understanding how some of the most impactful engineering teams are developing AI and LLM-powered applications, and how to build the right tools to enable them to do their best work. Our product solutions range from clean APIs that magically instrument applications, interactive playgrounds for prompt engineering and agent development, or scaling up real-time evaluation infrastructure to handle millions of annotations per second What You'll Do Write maintainable, scalable, and performant code across the stack primarily in Typescript and React with opportunities to work in Python and Go. Design and build APIs, and domain / object models specific to our customers' Machine Learning and LLM workflows. Design and build out performant and reusable react components that will be used throughout the application. Research and implement cutting-edge visualization & dimensionality reduction algorithms in a distributed environment. What We're Looking For 5+ years of frontend experience working on external user-facing UI's - preferably in React and Typescript Previous experience debugging complex systems in a team environment. Previous work building and operating highly complex, high-volume SaaS platforms/systems. Strong sense of product ownership in order to push features over the line.
