Remote Data Analyst Job Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Remote Department: Business Analytics / Operations Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to help support informed business decisions. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, preparing reports, and turning information into practical insights. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze data from internal systems and business sources. Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and performance summaries. Identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities within datasets. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and analytical records. Work with different departments to understand reporting and data requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates. Assist with forecasting, operational analysis, and performance tracking. Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies when identified. Present findings and recommendations clearly to management and team members. Maintain confidentiality and follow company data-handling procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently. Comfortable working in a remote, team-oriented environment.
