Voices of Hope - Lexington, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst to turn program and participant data into insights that strengthen recovery services. In this mission-driven role, you will collect, clean, and analyze data from peer support, harm reduction, and recovery programs, creating dashboards and reports for leadership, funders, and community partners. You will support grant reporting, ensure data quality and confidentiality, and collaborate closely with staff to make data-informed decisions that improve outcomes for people in recovery and their families. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze program and participant data to evaluate recovery outcomes Design and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership, funders, and community partners Collaborate with peer support staff to translate data insights into service improvements Develop and document data quality standards, workflows, and data dictionaries Support grant reporting and compliance by preparing accurate, timely data summaries Use statistical tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in services Ensure data security, confidentiality, and HIPAA-aligned practices where applicable Train staff on basic data entry, reporting tools, and data-informed decision making Required Skills Data analysis SQLExcel/Google Sheets Data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) Statistical analysis ETL/data cleaning Reporting and dashboards Grant reporting analytics Healthcare or behavioral health data familiarity HIPAA and data privacy practices

Reports to: Accounting and Grants Manager OVERVIEW The Nonprofit Reporting Assistant supports the organization's reporting needs by gathering data, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information. This role is crucial for maintaining transparency and accountability within the nonprofit sector. This is a salaried position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Data Collection and Management Gather and compile data from various sources, including program activities and financial records. Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Report Preparation Assist in the creation of regular and ad-hoc reports and SOPs for internal and external stakeholders, including funders, board members, and regulatory bodies. Ensure all reports comply with nonprofit reporting standards and donor requirements. Data Analysis Perform basic data analysis to support program evaluation and impact assessment. Identify trends and insights from data to inform strategic decision-making. Communication and Coordination Collaborate with program managers and other staff to gather necessary information for reporting. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify report requirements and address any discrepancies. Provide staff training when necessary. Documentation and Compliance Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting guidelines. Other Duties Stay current with changes in nonprofit requirements and practices. Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma/GED minimum; Associate's in Business Administration, Communications or related discipline preferred Coursework or certification in data management or analysis. Familiarity with nonprofit environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of data analysis techniques. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
