Alaska Airlines seeks a Principal Technology Compliance Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide compliance initiatives across our transportation and warehousing technology landscape. In this role you will design and govern frameworks that align systems, data, and processes with regulatory, security, and internal policy requirements. You will drive risk assessments, audits, and remediation; lead cross-functional teams; and partner with technology, security, and business leaders to embed compliance into solutions that keep our operations safe, reliable, and customer-focused. Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide technology compliance programs and frameworks for Alaska Airlines Conduct and oversee IT risk assessments, audits, and control testing Ensure alignment with relevant regulations, security standards, and internal policies Partner with technology, security, and business leaders to embed compliance into solutions and projects Drive remediation plans and track closure of compliance and audit findings Develop and refine policies, procedures, and documentation for technology compliance Coordinate with vendors and third parties to manage technology-related compliance requirements Provide executive-ready reporting and metrics on risk, compliance posture, and program progress Guide change management, training, and awareness for technology compliance practices Continuously improve processes to support safe, reliable, and customer-focused operations Required Skills Technology compliance management IT risk assessment Regulatory and standards knowledge (e.g., SOX, PCI, ISO 27001) Program and project management Information security and data protection IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) Vendor and third-party risk management Stakeholder and executive communication Process design and continuous improvement Audit preparation and remediation
