Description The Senior Manager of Marketing will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts, with a focus on paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), and affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative thinking and has a proven track record of driving measurable results across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Paid Marketing Develop and execute paid media strategies across channels (Google Ads, social media, display, retargeting) Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals SEO Lead organic search strategy to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits Collaborate with content, product, and web teams to implement SEO best practices Affiliate Marketing Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners to drive revenue growth Develop incentive programs, track performance, and optimize affiliate campaigns Monitor and report on affiliate KPIs and ROI Analytics & Reporting: Establish performance KPIs and dashboards for paid, SEO, and affiliate channels Provide actionable insights to guide strategy and budget allocation Team Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and manage a small team of marketing specialists or coordinators Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Creative teams Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and affiliate marketing Proven track record of managing campaigns with significant budget responsibility Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) Excellent project management and communication skills Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
