Collaborate with operations, engineering, technical, and commercial teams to develop competitive, customer-focused solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial strategies that clearly communicate value. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities while providing accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence. Represent the organization at customer meetings, networking events, conferences, trade shows, and industry functions. Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and upcoming capital investments to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five or more years of business development, technical sales, account management, or commercial leadership experience within the energy, industrial, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or technical services industries. Demonstrated success developing new business while growing strategic customer relationships. Experience selling complex capital project (CAPEX), engineering, construction, commissioning, or technical service solutions. Strong understanding of consultative selling, project pursuit strategies, enterprise account management, and long sales cycles. Proven ability to develop qualified sales pipelines and convert opportunities into profitable business. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and position value-driven solutions. Experience working with owners, EPC firms, engineering consultants, industrial contractors, or other major capital project stakeholders is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers. Highly organized with strong strategic planning and business development skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Willingness to travel as business needs require.
