The Role and Your Impact: We're looking for a creative, organized Content Creator & Digital Marketer to help tell our story across digital channels. This early-career role is for someone passionate about digital storytelling who enjoys creating attention-grabbing content, managing social media, supporting events, and keeping digital platforms up to date. You understand the basics of digital brand building and storytelling. You have a track record of working quickly while staying organized, and you can manage competing priorities with some guidance. You'll work closely with the communications team to develop long- and short-form content that builds awareness, engages audiences, and supports business objectives. What You'll Own: Content creation and post-production, first priority: filming, editing, and publishing short-form and long-form video, plus graphics and photography across all channels Multi-platform distribution and the publishing calendar: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X with captions, scheduling, and community engagement Analytics and trend tracking: platform algorithm awareness, performance reporting, and recommendations on formats and channels Website content upkeep: news, careers, events, and SEO/GEO best practices Event support for trade shows, conferences, and company events from swag, promo materials, to capturing content on the ground (supporting, not primary owner) Brand consistency and digital asset organization across all channels What We're Looking For: 3-5 years in content creation, digital marketing, or communications. Agency background preferred , or strong in-house experience at a demanding brand Multi-platform fluency: you create natively for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, not just one channel Real editing chops: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar. Skilled in cutting, color correction, transitions, and export-ready delivery Graphic design ability with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Strong writing, editing, and storytelling. You can make technical topics accessible without dumbing them down Discretion and judgment: you know when to dial the energy up and when to keep it credible Where you probably come from: A marketing or advertising agency where you juggled multiple accounts and deadlines, or an in-house content team at a technical or highly visible brand where you owned video from shoot to publish. We want to talk if: You can take an idea from concept to published post in a day, your portfolio shows range across platforms and formats, and the idea of filming a laser test at a private range sounds like the best Tuesday of your career. The Role & Your Impact: You'll own the precision motion stack, full stop. The critical gap we're hiring for is a hands-on robotics controls engineer who can iterate fast on real hardware. Someone who can take a model, get it on the hardware, characterize what's actually happening, and tighten the loop. You think in Bode plots and step responses. This is a senior IC role on the controls side. You'll own the architecture and tuning of the precision pointing and tracking control loops, the state estimation behind them, and the closed loop integration with the tracker. What You'll Own: Architecture and tuning of the precision pointing and tracking control loops Closed loop tracking from sensor input through actuator command at hundreds of Hz State estimation across IMU, encoder, and vision based feedback (Kalman filters, complementary filters, sensor fusion) System identification and modeling of the gimbal, mount, and actuator dynamics Actuator tuning, gain scheduling, and compensation for nonlinearities (backlash, friction, saturation) Resonance characterization, notch filtering, and structural compensation Simulation infrastructure for controls development Hardware-in-the-loop test infrastructure for controls validation Field characterization of the system against real targets at the range Author controls documentation and tuning standards What We're Looking For: 4+ years of experience in robotics Strong knowledge of fundamentals: classical controls, state space, LQR, MPC Proven simulation experience and a track record of managing the sim-to-real gap on actual hardware Modern C++ for real time control implementation Python or MATLAB/Simulink for modeling, system ID, and analysis State estimation in practice (Kalman, EKF, UKF, complementary filters) System identification and frequency domain tuning Direct experience with motion control hardware - servo drives, brushless motors, encoders, IMUs Comfortable working at the seam between mechanical, electrical, and software Understanding of latency, jitter, and how they kill control loop performance Not a fit if: Your controls experience is purely simulation, your real world tuning amounts to changing PID gains in a UI, or you've never had to characterize a resonance, model an actuator, or fight a sensor that lies to you. We need someone who's tuned hardware that fought back. You are a highly experienced builder who has seen systems go the full way. From a working prototype to hardware that ships and survives in the field. You've done it more than once. You know where systems break, where teams get stuck, and how to keep both moving. This is a technical leadership seat, not a people management seat. Your role is to raise the level of the hardware org through experience, architectural judgment, and hands-on execution. You lead by example, you unblock hard problems, and you set the technical bar for how hardware gets designed and shipped at Aurelius. You'll partner with the founders and the Director of Engineering on architecture and roadmap.
