We are looking for an SAP Delivery & Operations Manager to lead the technical execution, process transformation, and optimization of our SAP S/4HANA global environment. You will manage a high-performing cross-functional team, spearhead process mining initiatives, scale continuous automated testing frameworks, and ensure a world-class digital adoption experience for our global user base. Key Responsibilities S/4HANA Delivery & Governance: Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization projects using the SAP Activate methodology. Manage timelines, budgets, and project risks. AI & Continuous Innovation: Drive productivity by integrating and scaling SAP Joule AI copilots across standard enterprise workflows. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Leadership: Minimum 3+ years managing cross-functional technical teams, offshore resources, and third-party vendors. 7-10+ years managing enterprise SAP environments, with a proven track record of leading at least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
