The team Join a collaborative SAP delivery and production support team responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing business-critical SAP S/4HANA solutions. The team works closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional SAP teams, technical resources, external partners, and vendors to ensure stable procurement operations and timely issue resolution. As the onshore SAP MM lead, you will provide functional leadership, coordinate production support activities, manage escalations, and help drive automation, process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the SAP environment. The role The SAP S/4HANA MM Production Support Lead will provide functional and operational leadership across SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and production support engagements. You will lead SAP MM activities involving incidents, problems, changes, service requests, and critical production escalations while ensuring SLA compliance and alignment with ITIL best practices. The role supports the complete Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoicing, and payment integration. You will partner with SAP FI, SD, PP, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve cross-functional and interface-related issues. This hybrid position requires regular onsite presence in Dallas and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance in a high-pressure environment. What youll bring 10 or more years of hands-on SAP MM experience, including experience leading SAP MM teams or serving as an onshore functional lead. Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, and production support engagements. Proven experience managing SAP solutions, incidents, problems, changes, and service requests within an ITIL-aligned environment while meeting SLA requirements. Ability to independently navigate and troubleshoot complex production issues with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Advanced knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice processing, and payment integration. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA procurement, Fiori applications, Business Partner integration, MM-FI integration, OBYC, movement types, and other MM configurations. Experience supporting integrations with SAP FI, SD, PP, technical teams, external applications, and third-party partners. Hands-on experience with SAP AIF, EDI, IDocs, interfaces, integration monitoring, root cause analysis, and preventive issue resolution. Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools and driving automation, process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and vendor coordination skills; automotive industry experience and knowledge of SAP AI capabilities and intelligent technologies are preferred. Additional Requirements Candidates must currently reside in the Dallas Fort Worth area or be able to commute to the Dallas office as required for the hybrid schedule.
