3rd Shift Supervisor We are seeking a strong, hands-on 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee operations across all departments during non-traditional shifts. This role serves as the senior on-site leader responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while maintaining adherence to company standards and policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for all departments during off-shift hours. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and production requirements. Review production schedules and prioritize work to meet delivery commitments. Monitor staffing, workflow, and machine utilization to ensure adequate capacity. Utilize the PLEX MRP system to review production, labor, and operating reports. Communicate machine or facility issues to maintenance and coordinate urgent repairs. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Address attendance issues, employee concerns, and performance gaps. Coach employees on expectations, conduct disciplinary actions when needed, and provide feedback. End of shift reporting and strong cross shift communication Forklift and crane support occasionally Education High school diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred. Technical or trade certifications are a plus. Experience 5-10 years of manufacturing experience. Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
