Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-region Foundational Data Transformation program migrating fragmented commercial pharma data warehouses to a governed Databricks platform. The program consolidates enterprise data sources, including sales, market access, patient services, omni-channel, and master data, into standardized, AI-ready data products across US, EU, and global markets, and rebuilds analytics pipelines to new data modeling standards. The role serves as Project Manager and Scrum Master, reporting to the PMO, and requires 50% onsite presence at Princeton Pike, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Responsibilities: Own the integrated program plan across workstreams and track delivery health, milestones, and velocity. Run a two week sprint cadence, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives; ensure user stories are logged, estimated, and tracked to definition of done in JIRA. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital and IT initiatives aligned with business and Digital Capability objectives. Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver small- to medium-sized technology projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitor performance, financial health, dependencies, risks, and issues; implement corrective actions. Provide regular status updates and executive reporting to sponsors and stakeholders. Coordinate internal and external resources for successful execution. Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, budgets, and contractual commitments. Apply Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, and PMF best practices to drive consistent delivery. Promote continuous improvement and project management maturity across the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years managing IT or digital projects. Hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery at scale, including backlog management and PI planning. Experience with data platform or data warehouse migrations (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar). Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for backlog management, RAID tracking, and documentation. Delivery experience in regulated industries, preferably pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences. Strength in planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management. Vendor management and cross-functional team leadership. Coordination of globally distributed teams across time zones. Preferred Skills: PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification. Commercial pharma/life sciences data and analytics experience (sales, market access, patient services, omni-channel). Experience with GxP, CSV, and SDLC processes.
