Job Description Job Description Position Summary Tampa Brass & Aluminum Corp is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer Technician to support precision manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure product accuracy, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CMM machines to inspect precision components Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements Generate, analyze, and maintain detailed inspection reports Troubleshoot CMM programs and measurement issues to ensure accuracy Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve quality and processes Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications Maintain proper documentation of inspection results and measurements Qualifications Required: Minimum 1+ year of experience as a CMM Programmer 3+ years of experience as a Metrology Inspector Strong knowledge of dimensional inspection and measurement techniques Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T Experience working in a manufacturing environment Preferred: Experience with Zeiss Calypso software Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience in precision machining, aerospace, or defense industries Work Environment: High temperature industrial foundry environment Exposure to molten metal, noise, dust, and heavy materials Requires strict adherence to safety procedures and PPE at all times Equal Opportunity Employer: Tampa Brass & Aluminum Corporation is an equal opportunity employer. Job Description Job Description Position Summary The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, editing, and maintaining CNC programs, tooling paths, and machining processes required to manufacture complex components across multiple machine platforms. This role supports machining operations by ensuring program accuracy, improving efficiency, meeting quality requirements, and collaborating with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to maintain stable and repeatable processes.
