1. Monitor global geopolitical trends, focus on cross-regional international relations, major power strategic interactions, and policy shifts. Leverage on-the-ground overseas assignment experience to deliver actionable insights and analyze the impacts of these developments on business strategies and investment decisions. 2. Provide customized geopolitical consulting support, producing forward-looking risk assessment reports and scenario-specific response plans that align with the companys core needs. 3. Develop and optimize a multi-regional geopolitical analysis framework, integrate global information channels, and establish a robust tracking system for key issues such as regional conflicts, economic sanctions, and trade policies. 4. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to share professional insights internally, and lead or participate in research projects related to key international topics. 5. Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities in the geopolitical landscape, and analyze their potential implications for the company and relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Required - U.S. Citizen with 3+ years of full-time overseas assignment experience (assignment regions unrestricted; prior experience in high-priority regions such as Asia-Pacific, Europe, or the Middle East is preferred). - Masters degree or higher in International Relations, Political Science, Geopolitics, Law, Economics, or a related field. - 3+ years of relevant work experience in geopolitical analysis, international consulting, think tank research, multinational corporate strategy, or governmental institutions (e.g., diplomatic affairs, policy research, international cooperation, etc.). - Exceptional analytical rigor, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights. - Native or proficient English skills; proficient in at least 2 additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, etc.), with strong cross-linguistic communication and text processing capabilities. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently, and adapt to a flexible, results-oriented work environment. Preferred - Experience serving global clients or collaborating with cross-border teams. - Deep expertise in specific geopolitical regions or thematic areas (e.g., energy security, tech policy, regional integration, international trade law, cross-border economic cooperation). - Familiarity with geopolitical risk assessment methodologies and solid capabilities in policy interpretation and trend forecasting.
