The ideal candidate will be responsible for Epic build, configuration, optimization, support, and troubleshooting related to hospital billing workflows and claims management processes. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on Epic support experience, and the ability to collaborate with operational and technical teams to improve revenue cycle performance and system efficiency.
