RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Conduct detailed requirements analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications. Coordinate with software developers, QA engineers, and other technical staff to ensure project deliverables are met. Ensure the right resources are assigned to the right projects based on skills and project priorities. Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to update them on project progress and address and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of project goals, requirements, and technical solutions. Responsible for creating Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including the review of business requirements specifications, design, development and testing of system functionality as per the Rational Unified Process (RUP) Iterative Software Development Life Cycle process. Conduct GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, Cost-Benefit analysis, Return on Investment (ROI) analysis and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) for individual project as it advances. Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential technical risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Manage the work breakdown structure (WBS) for projects, ensuring clear organization and effective task management throughout the project lifecycle. Develop detailed project plans and Gantt charts using project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, HubSpot, Gainsight and Maxio). Oversee the implementation and integration of IT systems and infrastructure and ensure adherence to IT best practices, industry standards, and security protocols. Prepare executive management reports and conduct quarterly business reviews that define issues clearly, analyze them, and recommend solutions to assist management and clients in making informed decisions. Lead, mentor, and guide project team members to enhance their skills and performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Maintain up to-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions. QUALIFICATIONS: THIS POSITION REQUIRES A BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED FIELD, PLUS 2 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION, PROJECT MANAGEMENT OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED OCCUPATION. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: EXPERTISE/KNOWLEDGE OF: 1. Planning projects, including scheduling and budgets. 2. Creating UML diagrams, state diagrams, and activity diagrams. 3. Project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Atlassian Jira and Atlassian Confluence. 4. Developing and maintaining Agile Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) processes. 5. Analysis techniques (SWOT, Cost Benefit and Return on Investment). 6. Developing and managing work breakdown structure (WBS) of software implementation projects. 7. Executive reporting and business review facilitation. 8. Stakeholder communication, conflict resolution and project issue management 9. Experience in leadership and team mentoring.
