Key Responsibilities • Program CNC Swiss machines using G-code and CAM (Mastercam, Esprit) • Perform full setups (tooling, guide bushings, bar feeders) • Interpret blueprints and GD&T • Optimize cycle times and reduce scrap • Operate machines and adjust offsets during production • Perform in-process inspections (micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, comparators) • Troubleshoot machining issues (tool wear, chatter, dimensional drift) • Complete FAI, maintain inspection records, and ensure traceability • Follow ISO/quality procedures • Perform routine maintenance and support continuous improvement Qualifications • 3+ years CNC Swiss machining experience • Strong G-code and GD&T knowledge • Ability to hold tight tolerances ( .0005") • Experience with brass, aluminum, stainless, and plastics • Familiar with Star or Citizen Swiss machines, bar feeders, and live tooling Company Description Tronser, Inc. is a full-service precision machining company specializing in complex components for RF, microwave, and high-performance applications.
