This consultant will provide end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in the Epic Cogito Clarity Custody Health space, especially on Ambulatory, Inpatient, Regulatory / State required fillings, Quality and related metrics. The role requires consultant-level communication skills, the ability to coalesce related requests and offer solutions that satisfy multiple requirements, and Software Development Life Cycle discipline: Gathering & documenting and confirming requirements gathering, Designing solution Obtaining Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) signoff Coding, testing/validation, UAT, & documentation. REQUIRED SKILLS State of California Regulatory Filings and Quality Metrics Custody Health (Jail healthcare) Minimum 3 years of Epic Clarity Data Model (EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient (IP analytics development. 5+ years of SQL query and stored procedure development experience. Working knowledge of Epic tools such as Slicer Dicer, Cogito SQL, Radar Epic Radar Dashboards created from Cogito SQL, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer or Metric Framework Epic Inpatient experience: Admissions, Flowsheets, Discharge Medication Reconciliation, Quality metrics Epic Ambulatory experience: Visits, Consults, Orders, Groupers Experience creating Business Intelligence outputs in a Custody/Jail setting

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Ambulatory, Inpatient, Quality metrics, and Regulatory/State reporting, along with excellent communication skills to gather requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements 3. Design and develop scalable reporting solutions using Epic tools and SQL 4. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for design validation and approvals 5. Perform coding, testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) 6. Maintain proper technical documentation and support reporting enhancements 7. Translate multiple business requirements into optimized analytics solutions Required Skills & Experience: Experience with State of California Regulatory Filings and Quality Metrics Hands-on experience in Custody Health / Jail Healthcare environments Minimum 3+ years experience with Epic Clarity Data Model EpicCare Ambulatory Epic Inpatient (IP) 5+ years of SQL development experience, including complex queries and stored procedures Strong working knowledge of Epic tools: SlicerDicer Cogito SQL Radar Reporting Workbench Metric Framework Experience building Epic Radar Dashboards
