About the Role The IT Systems Alignment (Technical Alignment Manager) is the trusted technical advisor for our clients. You'll dig deep into their operations, learn how they use technology, and make sure their IT environment is aligned with best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements. By maintaining a close technical relationship, you'll be able to: Spot risks and technical gaps before they become problems Recommend enhancements that improve cybersecurity, performance, and user experience Drive proactive service and planning that reduces reactive support costs Provide big-company IT solutions to help small businesses succeed This is a hands-on, proactive role where you'll work directly with clients, vendors, and teammates to create long-term technical success. What You'll Bring Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to translate IT language into business terms for stakeholders at all levels Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset Excellent documentation and communication skills Team player with a customer-first attitude ("How can I help? Where do we go from here?")
