Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Door Hardware Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial door hardware installation, including hinges, door hanging, and other essential hardware. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Install door hinges and other hardware components according to specifications and industry standards. Hang doors accurately to ensure proper alignment and functionality. Perform adjustments and troubleshooting on door hardware to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns professionally. Requirements: Proven experience as a Door Hardware Technician in commercial settings. Proficiency in installing door hinges, hanging doors, and other door hardware. Strong understanding of commercial door systems and hardware specifications. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: Certification or training in door hardware installation or related field.
