Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. An industry recognized professional certification, as defined in the TTOs, may substitute as one (1) year experience. A Master's Degree in Computer Science, System Engineering or related field may substitute for two (2) years' experience.
