Utilize search technologies (i.e. Algolia, AWS OpenSearch) to enhance product discovery and personalization. Analyze message content to detect potentially fraudulent activities, such as identifying keywords or phrases associated with scams, requests for off-platform transactions, or attempts to phish for personal information.
