Location: Remote (U.S.) or Arvada, CO (Hybrid/On-Site Available) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior UNIX Systems Administrator with deep expertise in commercial UNIX environments , specifically AIX, HP-UX, and Solaris . This is not a Linux administration position with occasional UNIX work. We're looking for a true UNIX expert who enjoys solving complex production issues, supporting enterprise customers, and working with technologies that many organizations still rely on for mission-critical operations. You'll work directly with customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve challenging infrastructure issues involving operating systems, storage, clustering, networking, virtualization, and performance optimization. Responsibilities Resolve advanced UNIX infrastructure and operating system issues for enterprise customers Troubleshoot complex storage, networking, performance, boot, and clustering problems Support production environments running AIX, HP-UX, and Solaris Implement solutions remotely and occasionally on-site Participate in a low-frequency on-call rotation for critical customer escalations Maintain and expand internal UNIX lab environments for testing and validation Share technical expertise through quarterly webinars and knowledge sharing Continuously learn and develop expertise across supported UNIX platforms Required Qualifications Commercial UNIX Experience Candidates must have strong hands-on production experience with at least two of the following platforms: IBM AIX HP-UX Oracle Solaris Experience supporting all three platforms is highly preferred. Purpose: This role is responsible for supporting, analyzing, and improving Operational Technology (OT) systems and infrastructure that enable electrical operations and utility functions. This includes ADMS (OMS, SCADA, Adv. Systems), Mobile Field Client and OT/IT Integration points such as IVR, AMI etc. This role serves as a bridge between Operations, Engineering, and Technology teams to ensure OT systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business and technology objectives. The OT Systems Administrator plays a key role in system integration, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement across operational environments. The position involves guiding strategy, collaborating on moderately complex projects, partnering on larger initiatives, maintaining critical systems, and resolving production issues in coordination with vendors and subject matter experts. Key Result Areas: Production system support & analysis to ensure application and system availability is maximized, solutions are secured and production service levels are met. Develop expertise in business system functionality, assess technology capabilities and recommend strategic platform considerations. We are seeking one full-time Data Product Manager who will be responsible for supporting significant system changes to turn the organization's data into scalable, high value products-such as curated datasets, analytics platforms, and data infrastructure. This role will lead efforts across data engineering, data science, and business strategy that help mature data practices and teams and drive organizational efforts to shift to new data lakes and data curation platforms from current legacy main frame systems. At a high level, the resource will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of data efforts, enabling better decision making, operational efficiency, and intelligent product experiences. Partnering closely with data engineering, data science, analytics, and business policy and administration, the Data Product Manager will facilitate and help drive the path towards trusted, reusable, governed, and consumable data assets across the enterprise. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of data systems, and a strong aptitude in translating between technical teams and business understanding, throughout the product lifecycle. Title: Systems Data Migration Specialist Engagement: 10-15 hours/week for approximately 3 months Location: Remote or hybrid, as needed; (located in the Twin Cities) Pay: $55-$65/hr. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support the migration of fundraising and constituent data from Blackbaud Raiser's Edge into a SQL database, preparing the data for an eventual implementation and import into Neon CRM. Responsibilities Extract, profile, clean, and standardize data from Raiser's Edge. Design and maintain a structured SQL staging database for migrated records. Map key data fields, including constituent, donation, campaign, event, membership, and relationship data. Identify duplicates, incomplete records, formatting inconsistencies, and data-quality issues. Create documented transformation rules, data dictionaries, and migration workflows. Develop SQL queries/scripts to validate record counts, relationships, and data integrity. Collaborate with staff to resolve data exceptions and confirm business rules. Prepare clean, validated export files and documentation for the future Neon CRM migration. Qualifications Demonstrated experience with Raiser's Edge data extraction and nonprofit fundraising databases. Strong SQL skills, including data cleaning, transformation, validation, and reporting queries. Experience with CRM or donor-management system migrations; Neon CRM experience is preferred. Familiarity with nonprofit data concepts such as gifts, pledges, households, campaigns, appeals, events, and memberships. Highly organized, discreet, and able to handle confidential donor information. Deliverables SQL-based staging database and documented schema. Cleaned and standardized migration-ready datasets. Field-mapping/data-dictionary documentation. Data-quality and validation report, including unresolved exceptions. Recommended import structure for eventual Neon CRM implementation.
