Support quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, including impact assessment and regression testing. Assist with cutover planning and go-live readiness. Support post-go-live stabilization and quarterly Oracle updates. Transition knowledge effectively in preparation for full-time conversion. What You Offer Us: 10+ years of Systems Analyst or equivalent experience Direct, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (at least one implementation or major enhancement) Strong understanding of: Oracle Fusion configuration vs. customization Functional setup tasks and workflows Role-based security concepts Proven experience translating business requirements into system solutions Strong documentation skills (functional requirements, process flows, user stories) Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills Experience with large or mid-enterprise ERP implementations (500+ employees) (preferred) Exposure to integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)(preferred) Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Oracle implementation methodologies (preferred) Experience supporting HCM, Financials, or Payroll-related processes (preferred) Experience working with external system integrators or consulting partners (preferred) Oracle Fusion experience is mandatory. Candidates without direct Fusion experience will not be considered. The targeted base pay range for this role is $115,000 to $135,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills, and experience.
