For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent on contract award. How Role will make an impact: Conducts usage and status analysis Manages ODC purchasing, travel, exercise resource coordination Develops PWS-based reports Tracks workforce readiness (clearances, accounts, mandatory training, etc.). Requirements: What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team: Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance. High School Diploma and 3 years' experience in program analytics and administrative duties. Experience using MS Office products to meet assigned tasks. This position is contingent upon award. How Role will make an impact: Generating documentation, monitoring ITSM process and practice performance, assisting with improving the IT experience of our stakeholders by measuring human-centric metrics, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics, and drive continuous service improvement. Manages the coordination with Service Owners to design new services and enhance existing services. Coordinate with Services Owners to develop and maintain processes and workflows to design and transition services to Operations. Coordinate with Service Owners to define service quality metrics and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for new and enhanced services. Performs set up, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, encryption, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, security, software defined network (SDN), voice, video, data, collaboration, and Cloud components. This position is contingent upon award. Requirements: How Role will make an impact: Provides units with a simulation training environment utilizing Government-provided hardware and software configured to fulfill the needs of a simulation control plan. Assists team members in the installation, configuration, and operation of the operating system(s), security, and simulation software necessary to the training environment. Must have a good understanding of TCP/IP networks and protocols. Assists in the tracking and reporting of system/software anomalies that are reported to system developers for correction. (Integration) Provides units with stimulation to C4I systems from a simulation training environment to fulfill the needs of a simulation control plan. Assists unit representatives and field support representatives in understanding how simulations integrate into the C4I networks to provide stimulation. Maintains necessary information assurance protocols on stimulation/simulation systems that include but are not limited to: System lockdown procedures, operating system patches, and stimulation/simulation software patches.
