Manufacturing Operations Data Analyst Position Summary The Manufacturing Operations Data Analyst supports Operations leadership by analyzing manufacturing data, improving reporting processes, and providing insights that support business decisions. This role works with ERP and operational data to identify trends, improve reporting accuracy, and automate recurring processes. Key Responsibilities Collect, consolidate, clean, and analyze data from ERP systems and other operational sources. Monitor key manufacturing metrics including production, quality, inventory, labor, cost, capacity, and delivery. Identify trends, performance gaps, data issues, and opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for Operations leadership. Automate recurring data collection and reporting processes to reduce manual work and improve accuracy. Present key findings and actionable recommendations during Operations Reviews. Support continuous-improvement initiatives by providing analysis and measuring results. Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and IT to improve data visibility and reporting. Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to create clear, professional presentations. Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings clearly to leadership. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or factory data. Experience working with ERP systems and/or Power BI. Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, or similar data-analysis tools. Experience building dashboards or automating recurring reports. Understanding of manufacturing KPIs such as production output, labor efficiency, downtime, scrap, inventory, cost, capacity, and on-time delivery. Position Summary: Failure Analysis Engineer Location: Etters, PA Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally. We are currently seeking an experienced Failure Analysis Engineer to join our Product Development team. The position will be located in Etters, PA. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Failure Analysis Engineer you will provide the lead in investigation of connector failures through inspection, testing and analysis of data. Perform root cause analysis of failed connectors Create a failure analysis process and database to capture historical data and utilize for future failure analyses Interface with customers to understand the issues and inform them on the status, root cause, and solution Confirm diagnoses through testing and inspection Prepare test samples and test requests and work with test lab technicians. Suggest corrective actions to design, process, inspection etc Work with engineers from other disciplines to help with root cause Process and analyze testing results and create reports and presentations for internal and external customers. Collaborate with internal and external suppliers and manufacturing personnel Request and review 8Ds from suppliers QUALIFICATIONS: BS/MS Mechanical Engineering 5 - 10 years of experience with failure analysis and/or electrical connectors Experience with SEM, mechanical testing, and electrical testing Experience with solid modeling tools - Pro/E and/or Solidworks would be a plus Experience with data analysis software, MS Excel, Minitab would be a plus Experience developing test plans for mechanical and environmental stresses Experience specifying testing protocol in automotive or consumer industries would be a plus Ability to communicate with technical & non-technical people Ability to work in team environment Desire to solve problems and identify solultions Knowledge of copper alloys and high-performance engineering thermoplastics would be a plus Basic understanding of electrical connectors Amphenol Corporation is proud of our reputation as an excellent employer. We are currently seeking a Power Integrity Engineer to join our Cable Backplane Systems team. The position will be located in Valley Green, PA. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power Integrity (PI) Engineer to join our high-performance engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, simulating, and optimizing power delivery networks (PDN) for next-generation high-speed systems. The concentration will be specifically on interconnects. You will work closely with signal integrity, PCB design, and hardware teams to ensure robust power delivery that meets primarily impedance requirements with the possible addition of requirements for noise and ripple. Additional responsibilities could include the evaluation of shielding for EMI/EMC remediation. This is a hands-on engineering role that requires strong technical skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform power integrity simulations (AC impedance, DC IR drop, and transient analysis) to ensure PDN performance. Design and optimize decoupling strategies, capacitor selection, and placement for complex boards and systems. Interact with customers to determine their power interconnect needs. Perform EMI/EMC risk assessments related to power distribution. Collaborate with SI engineers to co-optimize power and signal integrity. Develop PDN models and validate through lab measurements (VNA impedance sweeps, oscilloscope ripple measurements). Work with PCB designers on layer stack-up, plane assignments, and power routing. Assist in root-cause analysis and debugging of customer power-related issues. Document best practices and contribute to design guidelines for power delivery networks. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred) 3+ years of experience in power integrity, signal integrity, or hardware design Hands-on experience with PDN simulation tools (examples: Keysight PIPro, ANSYS Q3D, HFSS, and SIwave, Cadence Sigrity PowerSI, etc.) Experience with SPICE simulation and transient load modeling Strong understanding of PDN impedance, VRM behavior, and decoupling network design Proficiency in PCB stack-up design, power plane resonance control, and capacitor optimization Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills Preferred: Familiarity with high-speed digital systems (SerDes, DDR, PCIe) Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance testing and mitigation techniques Background in scripting or automation (MATLAB, Python) for data analysis Experience with lab instrumentation: VNAs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers Amphenol Corporation is proud of our reputation as an excellent employer.
