You will manage teams of AI agents and be responsible for defining what they know, how they reason, and what they can do. Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from initial pilot through production iteration, setting the standard for how agents are developed, tested, evaluated, and improved. Build the shared platform: agent orchestration, agentic workflows, ML models, and data infrastructure that every product team at Augeo builds on. Work across Augeo with engineers, product leads, and end users to understand needs, close feedback loops, and ensure the platform compounds with every interaction. Shape the team. Summary An Augeo DevOps Lead will serve as the senior technical leader responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Augeo's CI/CD pipelines, container infrastructure, cloud environments, and DevSecOps practices across the entire engineering organization. This is a cross-platform leadership role spanning three distinct technology ecosystems: the AWE platform (TypeScript/React/Node.js/AWS), the Encore platform (.NET/C#/SQL Server), and our ColdFusion platforms (Lucee/ColdBox/MySQL) - each with unique build, deployment, and infrastructure requirements. Summary An Augeo DevOps Lead will serve as the senior technical leader responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Augeo's CI/CD pipelines, container infrastructure, cloud environments, and DevSecOps practices across the entire engineering organization. This is a cross-platform leadership role spanning three distinct technology ecosystems: the AWE platform (TypeScript/React/Node.js/AWS), the Encore platform (.NET/C#/SQL Server), and our ColdFusion platforms (Lucee/ColdBox/MySQL) - each with unique build, deployment, and infrastructure requirements. You'll own the strategy and execution of Augeo's DevOps and DevSecOps roadmap, driving automation at every stage of the software delivery lifecycle while embedding security into pipelines and infrastructure from the ground up. You'll lead by example in leveraging AI-powered operations tools and agentic AI assistants to automate infrastructure provisioning, security scanning, incident response, and deployment workflows. You'll mentor engineers across all three platforms on DevOps best practices and establish Augeo's DevOps function as a model for AI-enabled, security-first infrastructure operations that accelerate delivery velocity while reducing risk.
