Minimum Requirements Experience: At least 5 years of progressive professional experience in software development. Proven experience gathering requirements, mapping business needs to technical solutions, and addressing complex Development, Incident, and Change Requests. Demonstrated ABAP skills (Object-Oriented Programming) across SAP functional areas-P2P, R2R, OTC. Familiarity with Classic Dialog Programming, OO Programming, WebDynpro, APIs, BAPIs, ALV, EDI/IDOCs, Proxies, Workflow, Adobe Forms, BDC/Call Transaction, User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Spots. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
