Three (3) years of experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC where needed to automate business process and case management processes. Desirable Qualifications Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified App Builder Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Two (2) Years experience in of platform data architecture (Objects, Relationships, Schema).
