This role oversees all aspects of information security, including risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection, while also managing critical infrastructure operations such as network administration, cloud environments, data centers, and IT service management. Point person for all security and IT GRC related matters regarding customers, products, and enterprise technology. What we are looking for in you Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields. 15+ years of experience in information security and IT infrastructure, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Experience with managing complex IT and security environments, including cloud infrastructure, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for infrastructure management. Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience with helpdesk operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated contract negotiation skills for vendor and IT support services. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align IT and security strategies with business objectives. Risk Management: Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and mitigation practices.
