BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field. MSEE is a plus. 7+ years of professional hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering. Validation of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits. Signal integrity, power integrity, and timing analysis. Experience in audio testing. Verification of digital interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB (at least one). Load regulation, line regulation, efficiency, and ripple/noise measurements. Root cause analysis and failure diagnostics. Board bring-up and prototype validation. Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations. Ability to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Background checks are required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Firmware-hardware integration validation. Debugging using JTAG, SWD, and serial interfaces. Fault condition testing: over-voltage, over-current, thermal shutdown. Automated power sequencing and transient response analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES: This position works in a lab environment on new innovative products for the consumer electronics space. You will work in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
