Requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and five years of experience in roles involving at least three of the following in a global or multimarket environment: partnerships, commercial strategy, product management, business analysis, or cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Experience must include: At least two years of experience managing multiple cross-functional projects, such as product launches, market expansion initiatives, or commercial strategy rollouts; At least one year of experience implementing strategies in the e-commerce and payments landscape, including with partner ecosystems and merchant needs; At least one year of experience presenting insights and strategic recommendations to C-suite leadership; At least one year of experience working with three or more cross-functional stakeholder groups such as Product, Engineering, Analytics, Legal and Commercial to support strategic initiatives; Evaluating commercial opportunities using business cases, performance data and market intelligence; and Developing or aligning product roadmaps with commercial strategy, including feasibility assessments or business case modeling for new offerings or markets. Salary Band: 182,208 to 201,090.68 USD as a total compensation per year (this is variable depending on level assessment).
