The opportunity We're looking to hire a versatile full-stack engineer to join us in-person at our SF office. This is your chance to work at the forefront of voice AI technology in an industry ripe for innovation. You'll work on developing, evaluating, and deploying state-of-the-art LLM and voice systems that push the limits of conversational AI. As a senior engineer, you should be self-motivated and passionate about joining an early-stage startup tackling a massive market. We're looking for people who want to have large ownership and work closely with customers to build products they'll love. Tech Stack You'll be working primarily with TypeScript, React, and Node.js and at times with technologies like Temporal. What you'll need 4+ years of experience in fullstack web development, preferably some of which you've spent at startups Significant experience working with Typescript, React, and Node.js Strong attention to detail and an eye for design Experience with AWS or other cloud based infrastructure Experience with PostgreSQL Experience owning technically challenging and demanding cross-functional projects A customer-first mindset and interest in talking to customers to make sure we're making something people want Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Self-motivated and able to work independently Passion about learning and keeping up with latest AI advancements Nice to have Experience deploying reliable LLM-based products in production Experience with Vite + TanStack technologies (Router/Query/Table) Experience with Temporal Experience working with data-intensive applications What we offer Competitive salary & meaningful equity Employee-friendly equity terms (restricted stock, early exercise) Macbook Pro, 4K display and all the accessories Health, dental & vision insurance Regular team events & offsites If you're excited about pushing the limits of voice AI and want to help reshape the insurance landscape, we'd love to chat.
