Senior Product Manager, Automation & Platform Technologies Alliant Consulting, Inc. provides a pay range of $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr based on skills and experience. Your salary will be determined in consultation with the recruiter. Join our San Diego office full time as a Senior Product Manager for Automation & Platform Technologies. You'll own the strategic direction, execution, and evolution of our proprietary compliance products, leading launch teams and driving operational efficiency across Alliant's business. Who We Want The Senior Product Manager will advance Alliant Access and Alliant Academy, ensuring the platform supports audit defensible outcomes, aligns with our service model, and is ready for client deployment. Duties / Responsibilities Own product vision, roadmap, and long term strategy for Alliant tech products. Define product scope, priorities, and sequencing based on business impact, compliance risk, and client value. Translate leadership goals into actionable product plans and milestones. Drive alignment around platform purpose and features. Provide technical oversight of the platform, collaborating with developers and vendors. Drive end to end execution of technology initiatives, coordinating across development, compliance, business development, marketing, and leadership teams. Ensure features are client ready, stable, and usable. Support GTM alignment, demos, pilots, rollout strategies, and messaging. Identify and mitigate compliance, automation, and data integrity risks. Identify and implement operational efficiencies and process improvements across the business. Manage internal and external development teams and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders. Qualifications Strong product leadership and project management experience in technology driven environments. Technical fluency in software platforms, data workflows, automations, and integrations (without hands on coding). Experience in regulated or compliance oriented industries preferred. Team management experience, including internal and external reports. Ability to assess complex processes and identify improvement opportunities. Strong understanding of product development and delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or similar). Excellent communication, leadership, and cross functional collaboration skills. Strong problem solving skills for implementation challenges. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast evolving environments. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 5+ years of technology project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. 3+ years of team management experience. Track record of managing technology projects in SaaS or compliance related solutions. Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments. Certifications: PMP, PMI ACP, or equivalent preferred.
