Endor Labs is building the Application Security platform for the software development revolution. Modern software is complex and dependency-rich, making it increasingly difficult to pinpoint the risks that truly matter. Endor Labs solves this challenge by building a call graph of your entire software estate-enabling teams to clearly identify, prioritize, and fix critical risks faster. Trusted by companies that are one or one hundred years old, Endor Labs secures code whether it was written by humans or AI, and whether it's 40-year old C++ code or cutting edge Bazel Monorepos. Endor Labs was founded by serial entrepreneurs Varun Badhwar and Dimitri Stiliadis, and is backed by leading VC firms such as Dell Technology Capital, Lightspeed, and Sierra Ventures. Sound interesting? Let's talk if you want to be part of the next big leap in security innovation! About the Role At Endor Labs, building the most technically rigorous and developer-friendly AppSec platform requires product leaders who can go deep into the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll own the definition and delivery of core product capabilities across Endor's unified application security platform, including software composition analysis, supply chain security, container security, malicious package detection, and other features built on our agentic platform. AI is not an add-on at Endor-it's the core execution fabric of the platform. You'll be responsible for productizing agentic capabilities that make security teams meaningfully faster and more accurate, translating real AppSec use cases (auto-triage, reachable-only findings, secure design review, PR feedback, remediation suggestions) into reliable agent workflows with clear inputs, outputs, SLAs, and success criteria. This role goes beyond writing requirements and focuses on delivering intuitive, enterprise-grade, AI-first product experiences for modern AppSec teams. How You'll Make an Impact Strategy and Vision: Own your product area's vision, strategy, and success, aligning it with user needs and business goals. Directly engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback, understand user problems, and shape the product roadmap. Product Lifecycle Management: Define and prioritize features, while working with engineering, from ideation and discovery through execution, launch, and iteration. AI-First Platform: Enhance Endor's agentic platform-define which agents to build, which tools to add, keeping in mind the trade-offs between cost and latency. Go-to-market: Work with product marketing, sales enablement and other teams to develop messaging and positioning for product launches, and create materials to support the sales team. Data-driven decision making: Use quantitative and qualitative data to track product performance, identify opportunities, and measure the success of the product area. What You Bring to the Table Strong technical product management experience in developer-facing platforms Deep understanding of application security and modern developer workflows (CI/CD, IDEs, source code analysis) Experience translating AppSec use cases into well-defined, reliable product workflows Hands-on experience productizing AI or agent-based systems, including defining workflows, guardrails, and success metrics Ability to go deep technically while maintaining strong product judgment and execution focus Proven ability to partner credibly with engineering, sales engineers, and customers Why Endor Labs? We're building at the intersection of developer productivity and security - one of the fastest-growing spaces in software. Our dev-loved platform has real ROI, strong momentum, and customers who care about doing things right. At Endor Labs, we think big, start small, and learn fast. We take ownership, move with purpose, and always start with the customer's success. We debate with data, make the complex simple, and challenge each other with kindness and candor. We celebrate wins, learn from misses, and have fun along the way - because when our customers win, we all win. Endor Labs is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Even if you don't fit every requirement above, we believe in the power of diverse perspectives and experiences, so we encourage all talented individuals to apply-there's no one-size-fits-all here. Compensation: For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the compensation is expected to be between $180,000 - $240,000. This may include incentives/variable compensations such as commissions, stock options and/or bonuses, depending on the position. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
