Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Implementation Engineer / Full Stack Engineer This is a hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) role in Brisbane, CA. About the Role As part of the Full Stack Engineering team, you'll play a key role inreviewing, writing, and testing code for customized client deployments. By analyzing clients' business processes, you'll ensure that the Odoo system seamlessly aligns with their needs and suggest improvements to optimize workflows. You'll also create tailored modifications to Odoo's applications to meet specific requirements, empowering businesses to run more efficiently. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, developers, and customers) to design and deliver tailored client solutions Take ownership of assigned software modules and applications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery Design and develop scalable, integrated solutions within Odoo and through third-party integrations Troubleshoot, debug, fix, and upgrade software to ensure reliable and robust performance in production environments Adhere to and promote best programming practices, including coding standards, code and design reviews, and comprehensive test coverage Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed solutions Implement and refine modification requests across Odoo application modules to meet client needs Conduct code walk-throughs with clients and partners to ensure alignment and clarity Assist with system migrations and refresh activities to maintain seamless operations Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education Backend: 1+ years of Object-Oriented programming experience (Python preferred) Experience with Unix/Linux platforms Strong understanding of database architecture and design concepts (UML/ERD) Proven ability to debug and optimize custom software solutions Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences Effective communication skills with team members, partners, and customers Nice to have: Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems Strong technical communication and collaboration skills Background in SaaS or startup environments A proactive learning mindset focused on continuous improvement Additional language skills (Spanish, French, or Portuguese preferred) Compensation and Perks: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA Matching, 401K Matching, and Commuter Benefits PTO (Paid-time-off), paid sick days, and paid holidays Employee Assistance Program: 3 X 1-hour telehealth calls with certified mental health professionals $100 towards a work-from-home office setup Evolve in a nice working atmosphere with a passionate, growing team!
