Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment) Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections Maintain proper documentation of production and quality checks Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and team members Qualifications 2+ years of CNC machining experience (setup and operation preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, or similar) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Familiarity with precision measuring instruments Ability to work independently and meet production goals Preferred Skills Experience with multi-axis machining Knowledge of G-code editing and basic programming Experience working with aluminum, steel, or other metals Background in a manufacturing or production environment Shift & Schedule Full-time; Hours Mon-Thurs: 6A-4P Fri: 6A-12P Overtime may be available based on production needs Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and skill development
