Job Title: Product Owner Job Location: 555 Maryville University Drive, Ste. 500, St. Louis, MO 63141 (see below note regarding relocation, telecommuting, and travel) Job Duties: Lead the project/product vision, planning, and execution, including establishing measurable project objectives, technical requirements, and specifications. Estimate and track project resources, budgets, and sign-offs to ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standard. Identify and review project risks and communicate mitigation plans to senior management and stakeholders. Create strategic framework-based product road maps to define implementation timelines. Analyze product metrics and define continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide modifications based on user testing and stakeholder feedback. Write robust user stories that show understanding of the product, the technical limitations, personas, and acceptance criteria. Schedule and facilitate scrum ceremonies, including release planning and sprint planning. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or any related field of study. - Sixty (60) months of experience in any of the following occupations: Technical Architect, IT Project Manager, Lead Software Developer, Technical Analyst, or any related IT occupation(s). - Must have experience with the following: HTML, CSS, Tableau, and Jira. Two (2) of the following: PowerBI, Google Analytics, Postman, ServiceNow, Marketo, FullStory, XMLSpy, Lucidspark, or Swagger. Two (2) of the following: MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, IBM DB2, Mongo DB, Axure RP 9, iRise, Figma, or Abstract. Two (2) of the following: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Amazon Web Service, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Jama Contour, Microsoft Azure, or Confluence. - Position is project-based on short- and long-term assignments at various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S., and relocation may be required at the end of each project. Depending on project requirements, telecommuting within the U.S. may be permitted. Domestic travel to client sites may be required up to 10% of the time. Additional Information: - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. - The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The salary range for this position is $181,480 to $195,000 per year.
