What You'll Do Gather/document requirements with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders Translate regulatory mandates (CMS, HIPAA) into system requirements Lead customer journey mapping and drive UX/digital experience improvements Create epics, features, and user stories in JIRA/Rally; manage backlog refinement Facilitate grooming sessions and cross-team alignment Produce process flows, data mappings, and compliance documentation Support API integrations (REST) and digital platforms Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and decisions Track delivery via agile ceremonies; support iterative releases Identify risks and support mitigation strategies Requirements 5-10 yrs Business Analyst experience (healthcare, insurance, or enterprise tech) Strong compliance and digital transformation knowledge Agile tools: JIRA, Rally, MIRO Proficiency with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) Strong stakeholder communication and requirements translation Experience with journey mapping and UX optimization API integration and data flow modeling Nice to Have CMS interoperability mandates Generative AI in business workflows Tools: Power BI, Confluence, Visio Agile certs (PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master) Bachelor's in Business, Information Systems, or related

What You'll Do Design and execute test plans/cases from requirements and user stories Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing (web + APIs) Build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) Test REST APIs (Postman, REST Assured) Collaborate with Dev/Product to log, track, and resolve defects (JIRA/Azure DevOps) Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros) Leverage AI tools for test generation, defect prediction, and maintenance Improve QA processes, tools, and best practices Ensure traceability to business/technical requirements Deliver clear test documentation and reporting Requirements 5-8 yrs software testing (manual + automation) Strong automation experience (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress) API testing expertise (REST) Familiarity with AI-assisted testing/tools (GitHub Copilot, Testim, mabl) Strong SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum knowledge Experience with defect tracking (JIRA, Azure DevOps) Solid QA methodologies, analytical and problem-solving skills
