LevelTen Energy seeks a Senior AI Enablement Specialist to accelerate clean energy adoption by embedding AI across our renewable energy marketplace. In this role, you will partner with product, data, and engineering teams to design and deploy AI and ML solutions that improve forecasting, pricing, and transaction efficiency. You will evaluate tools, build prototypes, and scale models into production while defining AI best practices, governance, and responsible use. You'll also enable non-technical teams through training and self-service capabilities, helping them leverage data-driven insights to drive climate impact. Responsibilities Lead AI enablement initiatives to optimize renewable energy marketplace products and operations Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to design and implement AI/ML solutions that improve forecasting, matching, and pricing Translate business needs into AI use cases, requirements, and roadmaps aligned with clean energy goals Evaluate, select, and integrate AI tools, platforms, and models into Level Ten's technology stack Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and scalable AI solutions using modern ML and generative AI techniques Establish best practices, governance, and ethical guidelines for AI usage across the organization Analyze marketplace and operational data to generate insights and recommendations for stakeholders Enable non-technical teams through training, documentation, and self-service AI capabilities Collaborate with customers and partners to understand AI-driven product needs and opportunities Monitor AI solution performance and continuously iterate to improve accuracy, reliability, and business impact Required Skills Machine learning model development Applied generative AI (LLMs, embeddings) Python programming SQL and data querying Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) MLOps and model deployment Data engineering and pipelines Product requirements and roadmap definition Data analysis and visualization AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
