Job Summary The Pavement Engineer 3 is a senior-level professional responsible for leading pavement engineering projects, offering technical expertise, and managing client relationships. Act as the primary technical contact for clients, addressing their pavement engineering needs and concerns. Develop and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders, explaining design concepts and recommendations.
