At Magnum Machining, the Lead CNC Programmer plays a critical role in driving the Art-to-Part process - turning customer data files into efficient, reliable CNC programs that support fast delivery without sacrificing quality. This position is central to keeping production moving, improving processes, and supporting machinists on the floor. The Work You'll Be Doing In this role, you will: Program, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC toolpaths using Mastercam Support prototype, first-article, and short-run production jobs Collaborate closely with machinists, QC, and engineering Improve machining strategies for speed, accuracy, and repeatability Support Just-In-Time (JIT) and quick-turn customer requirements Contribute to continuous improvement in programming standards and workflows This is a hands-on programming role in a fast-paced shop - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and seeing parts move quickly from concept to reality.
