Use delivery and reliability metrics to improve team outcomes, predictability, and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications (required) Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and/or training) 5+ years of experience leading technical team members (engineers) to include: Demonstrated ability to lead teams in delivering modern technology solutions, guide key technical decisions and trade-off discussions, and drive innovative problem-solving in ambiguous environments Demonstrated success establishing delivery milestones, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and improving team outcomes through agile and data-driven continuous improvement Proven ability to build an inclusive, collaborative team culture grounded in mentoring, accountability, and continuous improvement 3+ years of Information Technology experience in an hands-on engineering role (software development, DevOps, SRE, etc.) to include: Understanding of and commitment to the agile and product mindset, principles, and practices Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and change/release/incident management Additional Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a leader of a cross functional agile software development team Experience as an Engineering Manager, Architect, or Senior Engineer Facilitated design reviews and readiness checks with architecture/security stakeholders Experience orchestrating cross team releases, facilitating cross functional forums, and improving delivery metrics at scale Advanced knowledge of software development procedures including scrum methodology Advanced proficiency in agile delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or GitHub) and data driven dashboards Familiarity with SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs), security by design, and regulated environments Domain familiarity with payment processing, lending, hedging/commodities, agriculture, or energy Relevant certifications (Agile, Cloud, Security) Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
