Manage and evolve enterprise AI platforms, including governance, standards, responsible usage (in partnership with security/legal/compliance), and cross-functional alignment Lead adoption and enablement of Microsoft AI capabilities (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot) through communications, training, and change initiatives Partner across retail operations and corporate functions (merchandising, supply chain, stores, customer service, etc.) to assess workflows and identify AI-driven improvement opportunities Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to uncover operational pain points, prioritize use cases, and align business and technical teams Build and maintain a process-to-AI roadmap, tracking current, planned, and future AI-enabled workflows and platform capabilities Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define pilots, establish success metrics, and support rollout and scaling of AI solutions Identify, standardize, and scale repeatable AI patterns and best practices across the organization Monitor platform usage, adoption trends, and operational effectiveness to inform optimization, investment decisions, and organizational readiness Drive AI awareness and engagement through stakeholder communication, adoption materials (release summaries, use cases, best practices), and an internal champions network while translating emerging capabilities into business-friendly insights Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field, along with experience managing or supporting enterprise productivity and AI platforms within Microsoft ecosystems Three to five years managing and mentoring a team of engineers and/or platform specialists, along with supporting career development, coaching, and growth planning for team members Foster a culture of experimentation, operational excellence, and continuous learning Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and related collaboration technologies Experience facilitating cross-functional initiatives involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language Experience with business process analysis, workflow mapping, or operational improvement initiatives Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range $135,000 - $160,000
