What You'll Do: Customer Support & Communication: Provide outstanding service via phone, email, and live chat; document interactions accurately in CRM. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when needed. Training & Onboarding: Process new contracts and conduct training sessions for successful onboarding. Systems & Tools: Navigate multiple internal systems and maintain accurate records. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience. What We're Looking For: 1-2 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.) Someone with a positive can-do attitude Dependable team player Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred Remote Requirements: Dedicated private workspace Reliable internet (100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum) What Does Early Learning Ventures Offer You?
