ABR Employment is seeking an experienced Flexo-Graph/Digital Press Operator to join a growing label manufacturing company in Mayville, WI . This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience running printing or converting equipment in a production environment. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $21.00/hour Responsibilities: • Set up and operate label manufacturing equipment including flexographic and digital presses, die-cutting machines, and turret rewinders • Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment in top condition • Troubleshoot and adjust machinery to ensure consistent production quality • Mount printing plates, set color and die-cut pressures, and maintain registration for multi-color printing • Order and maintain necessary supplies such as inks, dies, and paper • Monitor production output to meet expected throughput and quality standards • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred • Minimum of 2 years of experience in printing or press operations within a manufacturing setting • Previous Flexo-Graph press experience highly preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools • Keen eye for color accuracy and detail • Good hand-eye coordination and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and follow detailed written and verbal instructions • Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals • Reliable and safety-minded Why You'll Like This Job: • Steady four-day workweek with long weekends off • Well-established, clean, and team-focused facility • Competitive pay and opportunity for long-term growth ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
