Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled and motivated AWS Developer to join our team, with the ability to design, build, and maintain cloud-based applications and services. In this role, you will work with the AWS technology stack to develop and support scalable solutions, including serverless applications, event-driven architectures, and cloud automation. You will create and maintain React applications and work with Node.js and TypeScript to deliver high-quality software. The role involves leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, SNS/SQS, DynamoDB, and CDK for infrastructure as code, while integrating with tools like GitLab and GitLab CI/CD for version control and deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, support on-call rotations, and adopt new technologies quickly, including AI assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, to drive innovation and efficiency across projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a distributed team environment are essential. Required Skill Four years of hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, SNS/SQS, DynamoDB, and AWS CDK. Proven experience in developing and maintaining React applications using Node.js and TypeScript. Strong understanding of cloud architecture, serverless design patterns, and event-driven workflows. Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and GitLab CI/CD. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and platforms. Excellent communication skills and willingness to participate in on-call rotations. Desired Skill Experience with Microsoft Azure Entra ID, API management using Apigee, and AI code assist tools such as Claude Code. Familiarity with cloud security best practices and multi-cloud environments. Certifications in AWS, cloud development, or related technologies are highly desirable. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst who has worked on Life Insurance applications. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience working in an Agile environment, with a strong background in Life platforms and digital applications The daily and project-based work revolves around ensuring technology aligns with business strategy and regulatory needs. Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define detailed business requirements, which often include user stories, use cases, and process flows. Create comprehensive documentation, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) or functional specifications, for system enhancements or new product launches related to life insurance. Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze current-state life insurance processes (e.g., policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, new business) to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or improvement. Design and model future-state business processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the customer experience. Solution Design and Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the business units and the IT development teams. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, providing guidance on the business implications of design choices. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on the defined requirements. Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure implemented solutions meet the original business needs and function correctly within the life insurance ecosystem. Stakeholder Management: Manage and prioritize requirements across competing stakeholder interests to align with organizational strategy. Provide status updates, articulate business impacts, and manage expectations for project delivery.
