Job Description Answer incoming calls Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; escalate accordingly Act as a liaison between company employees and the IT support departments Support and monitor various software, applications, and hardware Perform follow-up calls to customers and other IT departments regarding tickets/issues Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences Complete company-provided customer service training as required Periodic travel may be required Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery May be required to climb ladders and perform overhead and under desk work Ability to lift up to 50 pounds FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.
