Job Description MuleSoft Infrastructure Engineer Location: Philadelphia, PA We are seeking a MuleSoft Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience deploying, administering, and supporting MuleSoft Anypoint Platform in on-premises environments. This role will ensure the reliability, security, availability, and performance of the MuleSoft infrastructure. Responsibilities Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Mule runtime environments on premises. Manage runtime clusters, load balancing, high availability, and disaster recovery. Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve performance issues. Configure networking, firewalls, proxies, TLS certificates, and secure connectivity. Automate deployments and infrastructure administration through scripts and CI/CD pipelines. Support environment provisioning, patching, capacity planning, and configuration management. Collaborate with integration developers, network engineers, security teams, and operations teams. Maintain architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and recovery procedures. Required qualifications Hands-on experience administering MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and on-premises Mule runtimes. Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills. Experience with Mule runtime clustering, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting. Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancers, firewalls, and certificate management. Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Knowledge of infrastructure security, access controls, and production support practices. Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications Experience with Anypoint Runtime Fabric or Anypoint Platform Private Cloud Edition. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation tools. Experience with enterprise monitoring and logging platforms. Relevant MuleSoft certifications.
