Job Description Opportunity at a Glance The End Point Technician is responsible for basic installation and troubleshooting of personal computer hardware and software within a LAN/WAN environment. This involves coordinating with Business Operations, Registrar Operations and technical teams to define requirements, assess impact, do the actual build in the system and perform testing. This position also handles day to day cases with regards to student degree audit corrections, program progress guide exceptions, scribing updates if needed, program and course configuration in Banner, and other registration-related system maintenance activities.
